Shipping policy

 

  • U.K orders will be shipped domestically (via Royal Mail) and arrive within 3-5 days on Standard shipping, and 1-2 working days on express shipping. All orders are trackable
  • EU orders will be shipped airmail from the UK (via Royal Mail) and arrive within 5-7 days on Standard shipping. We regret we can not provide tracking on orders to the EU.
  • USA orders will be shipped domestically from California (via USPS) and arrive within 5-7 days on Standard shipping, and 2-4 days on express shipping. All orders are trackable
  • Canada orders will be shipped airmail from California (via USPS) and arrive within 7-10 days on Standard shipping, and 5-7 days on express shipping.  We regret we can not provide tracking on orders to Canada.
  • Orders for the rest of the world (Outside EU, Canada & USA) will be shipped airmail from the UK and arrive within approx 28 working days. We regret we can not provide tracking on international orders outside of EU, Canada & USA.
  • If after 28 days your item has still not been received, we will issue a refund in full, or where stock permitting, send out a replacement item
  • We regret that customers are unable to pick up items in person or send their own courier of choice to collect a shipment.
  • Customers will be liable for ALL import duties and customs charges the shipment may incur on arrival at the shipment destination.
  • With the exception of items available on Pre-order; All items will be dispatched from our store on the next working day. Orders made on the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday
